As an Art Director at The Hungry Beast, you will work closely under our Creative Director to lead the visual direction and creative strategy for our diverse portfolio of video game marketing campaigns. Your role is pivotal in translating creative visions into compelling and innovative visual executions that resonate with global audiences.
– Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and develop creative strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identities.
– Lead a team of talented artists and designers in creating high-quality, visually stunning assets for trailers, key art, digital media, and promotional materials.
– Direct and oversee the production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and creative standards. Be able to communicate and understand feedback.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
– Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and artistic techniques to continually elevate our creative output.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in some or all, or is willing to master:
– Skilled Gameplay Adaptation to Trailers
– Cinematic Trailers
– Understanding of 2D, 2,5D, 3D, Unreal, Unity and Custom Engine Technology
– Creative/Script Development
– Key Art – 3D & Illustration
– Branding – 2D & 3D Logo Design & Motion
